Delegate Cancellation Policy
Stronger Ground’s Future Shakers event series has a flexible delegate cancellation policy to provide adaptability and accommodate unexpected the shifts and bends of life.
Registration change from physical to virtual attendance of vice versa
Given the uncertainties of the pandemic we will provide all attendees the option to freely change their registration from physical to virtual attendance or virtual to physical attendance. Participants transferring from physical to virtual attendance will be refunded the difference between their initial registration fee and the current fee rate for virtual event attendance. Participants transferring from virtual to physical attendance will be charged the difference between their initial registration fee and the current fee rate for physical event attendance.
Delegate substitutions
If you are unable to attend the summit, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place at no extra charge. Notification must be made in writing to futureshakers@strongerground.co and received prior to the event commencing.
Registration cancellation by participant
If participants choose to cancel their registration in full they will be offered a full refund minus an AUD$16 administration fee (GST inclusive) and their Humanitix booking fees for physical event participants and AUD$8 (GST inclusive) and their Humanitix booking fee for virtual event participants.
Event cancellation by Stronger Ground
Stronger Ground reserves the right to cancel Future Shakers series events due to very low attendance registrations, a pandemic or other civic emergency event, or other unforeseen circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Stronger Ground cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund minus their Humanitix booking fee. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date for no charge.
